  2. Rub the pork ribs with the resulting spice mixture, coating evenly on all sides.

  4. Thirty minutes before the end of cooking, brush the ribs with apple cider vinegar and barbecue sauce to give them a rich flavour and an appetising crust.
  5. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
