How to pickle cucumbers: 5 easy and tasty recipes

Recipe: Boil water with salt and cool. Rinse the cucumbers and put them in a jar together with the garlic and herbs. Fill with brine and leave for 2-3 days at room temperature, then transfer to the fridge.

Lightly salted cucumbers

Ingredients: 500 g cucumbers, 0.5 litres of water, 1 tbsp salt, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tsp. sugar, dill.

Recipe: Dilute salt and sugar in water. Cut cucumbers into circles, put them in a jar with garlic and dill. Fill with brine and leave for 24 hours at room temperature.

Cucumbers in a spicy marinade

Ingredients: 1 kg of cucumbers, 1 litre of water, 2 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp mustard, 5 peas of black pepper, bay leaf, garlic.

Recipe: Wash the cucumbers and put them in a jar. Boil water with salt, sugar and spices, cool. Pour the marinade over the cucumbers and leave for 3-4 days.

Cucumbers with horseradish and garlic

Ingredients: 1 kg of cucumbers, 1 litre of water, 2 tbsp salt, 2 garlic cloves, horseradish root, cherry leaves.

Recipe: Prepare the brine as in the first recipe. Place the cucumbers in a jar with the chopped horseradish, garlic and cherry leaves. Fill with brine and leave for 2-3 days.

Pickled cucumbers

Ingredients: 1 kg of cucumbers, 1 litre of water, 2 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp vinegar, dill, currant leaves.

Recipe: Boil water with salt and vinegar. Place cucumbers in a jar with herbs and pour hot brine. Cover the jar with a lid and leave in a cool place for 3-4 days.
