Grilling outdoors in good company is a great pastime and relaxation for mind and body. However, sometimes the smoke from the grill can be a nuisance to the neighbours. But there is a way to prepare delicious grilled dishes with minimal smoke and without disturbing those around you.
Secrets to comfortable grilling
Firstly, it’s important to use quality charcoal. Good charcoal gives less smoke than cheap analogues and provides stable and even heat. Secondly, you need to keep a close eye on the temperature. Overheating the grill leads to the release of more smoke. Thirdly, experienced cooks recommend marinating products in advance. This not only improves the flavour, but also prevents them from burning, which causes abundant smoke. But the main secret of a comfortable barbecue for everyone lies in the grill, which helps to avoid excess smoke.
Use a grill with a clever design, such as the charcoal smoker grill with shelf in black from the Kaufbei TV shop. This grill allows you to cook with minimal smoke thanks to its unique features.
Spacious, airtight, comfortable
This robust charcoal grill or smoker is finished in black and made from powder-coated steel, which gives it strength and durability. Its design includes a spacious grill chamber measuring 56 by 40.5cm and a stable fire chamber. The grilling surface measures 53 by 40 cm and allows you to cook large quantities of food at a time. The height of the grill surface from the floor is 85.5 cm, which makes cooking comfortable.
The thick metal body of the grill is perfectly sealed, which contributes to excellent heat retention and even heat distribution. The grill bonnet is equipped with a chimney and an inbuilt thermometer, allowing you to accurately monitor the temperature in the chamber. The height-adjustable charcoal level and the porcelain-coated grill grate ensure optimum cooking conditions.
The grill also has an ash pan with a stainless steel handle for easy cleaning after use. Two sliding side shelves allow you to freely place spices, barbecue products and tongs. An additional shelf at the bottom of the grill or smoker is ideal for storing other essential items. The grill is fitted with two wheels for easy mobility, making it ideal for garden parties, picnics and outdoor family gatherings.
