• Cast iron kazan without coating is intended for the preparation of roasted and braised dishes
• Before use, the dishes should be cleaned with hot water without detergent. Heat the cookware to 100 °С and cover the inner surface with a thin layer of vegetable oil
• Cookware without pre-treatment (burning with vegetable oil) is suitable for preparing food without citric, acetic or lactic acid
• Cast iron cookware is not suitable for storing food
