Cast iron lid for Kasan from Syton! - ONLY fits Syton products!

• Cast iron dishes without coatingare intended for the preparation of roasted and braised dishes
• Before use, the dishes should be cleaned with hot water without detergent. Heat the cookware to 100 °С and cover the inner surface with a thin layer of vegetable oil
• Cookware without forward processing (burning with vegetable oil) is suitable for preparing food without citric, acetic or lactic acid
• Cast iron cookware is not suitable for storing food
• After cooking, the dishes should be cleaned with salt and a steel sponge but without detergent, dried and covered with a thin layer of vegetable oil
• Cast iron dishes must not be cleaned in the dishwasher

If used incorrectly, dishes without a coating may rust. Corrosion is easily cleaned with a steel sponge. After repeating the procedure in point 2, the dishes will regain their original shape.
