This soup is based on a beef broth which, in combination with various fresh ingredients such as potatoes, carrots and onions, as well as the unique taste of pickled cucumbers and pearl barley, results in a full-bodied meal. The beef provides a pleasant tenderness and rich texture, while the combination of herbs and spices such as black pepper and bay leaf rounds off the taste perfectly.
