A unique dessert made from wafer-thin, yeast-free pancakes baked according to our own recipe, refined with high-quality whole milk. Each layer is interspersed with a velvety buttercream and a filling of sun-ripened strawberries. A homemade strawberry jam provides a special flavor. This delicacy is rounded off with a ganache made from real white chocolate, decorative chocolate strawberries, dark chocolate leaves made from fine cocoa products and a delicate sprinkling of crispy puffed rice.
