Scope of delivery:

1 x cast iron serving wok, Ø 18 cm, H-6 cm

Instructions for first use.

Rinse the dishes under running water and then wipe off the moisture with a cloth / sponge
Place the dishes on a heating stove to completely remove the moisture
Put a few drops of oil on the surface of the dishes and cover the entire surface with it
Once completely cooled , the dishes can be used
When cooking for the first time, we recommend heating the dishes over a medium heat for approx. 4-5 minutes

If used incorrectly, dishes without a coating may rust. The corrosion is easily cleaned with a steel sponge. After repeating the procedure in point 2, the dishes will regain their original shape.

Advantages of cast iron:

due to the high heat retention of cast iron, the kazan stays hot for a long time and keeps the food warm even when serving
the heat conductivity and even heat distribution (base/walls) ensure gentle frying and an all-round even frying result. You can taste it!
Cast iron is extremely energy-saving: food can be cooked at low heat with low energy consumption
Despite other opinions, cast iron is easy to clean and maintain. The more you use it, the better the frying results!
Durable - serving wok can soak up fats and develop a quality non-stick coating when exposed to high temperatures.

Caution: Corrosion on cast iron cookware is not a defect, but the result of incorrect use!
