Batch mixture for the production of malt beverage "Kwas Kupecheskij" light, 110g - for 3 liters!

The kvass starter mix consists of a range of specially selected malts, which produce a classic sweet and sour taste. A special yeast is added to the batch, which also gives the drink a subtle honey aroma. Perfectly quenches thirst and has an invigorating effect.
Simple method and a good result in just 2 days!

Preparation:

Pour the contents of the main pack into a 3-liter glass
Add filtered or boiled water at a temperature of no more than 30 ºC
Add five tablespoons of sugar. Stir in the yeast from the packet provided
Place in a warm place for a day to ferment
Filter, add 5-10 raisins (or 1 teaspoon of sugar). Pour into bottles with tight-fitting lids (e.g. PET)
Place in a warm place. Wait 24 hours for the bottle to inflate
Leave to cool, store in the fridge

Tip: Sultanas instead of sugar make the drink tastier and more refreshing and give the kvass a certain spiciness.
If you like a sweet version of kvass, add sugar to your taste.
