Mix for making lemon-mint lemonade, 20g

A light, refreshing lemonade with a hint of mint - a real taste of summer.

Preparation:

Pour the contents of the main pack into a 3-liter glass.
Pour in 1.5 liters of boiling water.
Wait 1.5 - 2 hours.
Fill up to 3 liters with cold water.
Cool to 30 ºC.
Add five tablespoons of sugar. Stir in the yeast from the packet provided.
Place in a warm place for a day to ferment.
Filter, add 150 g sugar and stir until dissolved. Pour into bottles with tight-fitting lids (e.g. PET).
Place in a warm place. Wait 24 hours for the bottle to inflate.
Leave to cool and store in the fridge.

Ingredients: lemon peel, orange peel, peppermint leaves, dried yeast.

Storage: store in a dry place
