The elemental power of nature Valerian tincture is a high-quality bath additive obtained from the root of valerian (Valeriana officinalis). This tincture uses the calming and relaxing properties of valerian root to reduce stress and promote general well-being.Use:
- As a bath additive: Add a few drops of the tincture to your warm bath water and enjoy the calming effect
- External use: Apply the tincture carefully to the skin and massage in gently
- Recommended use: Dilute 15 drops in 200 ml of water or juice twice daily before meals. Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
Storage: store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children. Protect from direct sunlight.
Ingredients: ethanol (7%), water, hawthorn root.
