A classic herbal liqueur. The name comes from the word "starij", meaning aged. Its origins date back to the 15th century. The drink has a light brown color and ideally a slightly burning taste with rye notes and a complex aroma. Citrus notes harmonize with the distinct flavor of aged oak and a mild coffee aftertaste. Simple method and a good result already in 15 days.

Preparation:

Pour the contents of the package into 1.5 liters of vodka, or any other high-proof drink of 40%.
Keep it in a dark place for 10 days
