Crumble cream puffs (choux pastry filled with delicate cream, the surface of the pastry is covered with cream and sprinkled with air biscuit crumbs and powdered sugar),
airy tartlet with cream (two airy meringues filled with soft cream),
Sponge cake with cream (delicate layers of sponge cake soaked in syrup with cream, decorated with cream and fruit filling),
glazed chocolate cake "Kartoschka" (delicious crumb mixture with cream and cocoa, in the shape of a potato, decorated with fondant and buttercream).
