To be precise, a sadzh is first and foremost a frying pan: iron and flat, which is placed directly on the coals. And the dishes that are prepared in it are called sadzh. The main ingredients can be lamb, veal, chicken, sturgeon - and traditionally they are surrounded by various vegetables.

And the sadzh lid can also be used as a lid for a cauldron!

Instructions for first use:

Rinse the dishes under running water and then wipe off the moisture with a cloth / sponge
Place the dishes on a heating stove to completely remove the moisture
Put a few drops of oil on the surface of the dishes and cover the entire surface with it
Once completely cooled , the dishes can be used
When cooking for the first time, we recommend heating the dishes over a medium heat for approx. 4-5 minutes

Durable - Sadzh can soak up fats and develop a quality non-stick coating when exposed to high temperatures.

If used incorrectly, dishes without a coating can rust. Corrosion is easily cleaned with a steel sponge. After repeating the procedure in point 2, the dishes will regain their original shape.
