Our ancestors knew about the healing properties of homemade herbal liqueurs and regularly prepared this useful and tasty drink, passing unique recipes from generation to generation.

Borodinskaya herbal liqueur is rather a drink for men. It is characterized by a bright aroma of freshly baked Borodino bread and a strong, dark color. It leaves an aftertaste with notes of coriander and cumin. It drinks smoothly and warms the body from within. The taste is enhanced by essential oils, which are abundant in coriander.

Preparation:

Infuse the ingredients with alcohol, vodka at double distillation strength of 40% strength and a volume of 1 liter.
Stir and place in a dark, cool place for 14 days
Shake the mixture regularly
Filter and add 10-15 grams of honey (sugar). Leave to rest for 5-10 days
The longer the drink rests, the more balanced is its taste
After infusion, dilute with 40% according to taste

Ingredients: Coriander, cumin seeds, raisins, fermented rye malt, allspice, black peppercorns.

Storage: store in a dry place
