Our ancestors knew about the healing properties of homemade tinctures and regularly prepared this useful and tasty drink, passing unique recipes from generation to generation.

Anisovka has been popular since the 16th century. "Siberian anise" was used for its preparation. Later tinctures appeared on real European anise. Simple method and a good result already in 15 days!

Preparation:

Pour the contents of the package in 2 liters of vodka, or any other high-proof drink of 40%.
Add 300 g of sugar, stir until it is completely dissolved
Keep it for 10 days in a dark place
In the process please shake once a day
After that filter the mixture
Put in a dark place and let it rest for 5 days

Ingredients: Caraway, anise, star anise.
