It contains 25% urea, which helps to soften and cleanse the skin.

Application: The foot cream is applied once or twice a day to washed and dried skin. To speed up the process, remove the top layer of dead skin during the bath with a pumice stone or heel file and then apply a generous amount of the cream to the thickened and rough areas of skin. For best results, use in combination with SOS RESCUE Foot Balm Macadamia & Mint Oil.
