Caviar provides important substances for our diet. Fish roe or fish eggs are particularly rich in omega 3 fatty acids in their natural form!
Caviar roe also contains plenty of vitamin B12 - a substance that is important for brain function and not only... There are also trace elements such as selenium, calcium, iron and magnesium.
These valuable elements are found naturally and pure(!) in caviar and are not processed as in food supplements or capsules.

Serving recommendation: GORBUSCHA salmon caviar tastes best with black bread and unsalted butter. Alternatively, a baguette can also be used

ATTENTION: Please do not use a silver or metal spoon for the caviar as these can strongly influence the taste
Wooden or plastic spoons are ideal for this. Depending on taste, the caviar is best eaten on its own or served on bread with butter
