AROMA'Saules Bischofite Bath Solution (1L) is a concentrated solution of bischofite, a natural mineral rich in magnesium chloride, magnesium-sodium complex, iodine, bromine, iron and many other essential minerals. Application:
Depending on the prescription or need, the following treatments can be carried out with Bischofite at home: Compresses, topical baths and general warm baths.

Compress:
The area of the body to be treated is first warmed with an ordinary reflector (blue lamp) or a heating pad for 3 minutes. Pour 20-30 g of bischofite solution heated to 38-40 ° C on a saucer (it is recommended to use a ready-made solution, because there are certain difficulties in preparing a solution of dry bischofite at home) and, wetting your fingers with the solution, lightly rub it into the painful area for 3-5 minutes. Then the remaining solution soaked gauze, put on the painful area, wrapped with wax paper for the entire area, making a warming compress. Procedures are usually carried out at night, leaving the compress for 8-9 hours. In the morning, the remnants of bischofite washed off the skin with warm water. Course of treatment: 12-14 procedures, which are carried out every other day.

Precautions:

• If signs of skin irritation appear, the treatment is interrupted and resumed after its disappearance
• The compresses must not be applied to more than 2-3 areas at the same time
• For people with impaired cardiovascular function, the duration of treatment should be reduced to 6-7 hours and only one area should be treated

Local warm bath:

• Generally, local baths are used for: Ankle joints (mainly feet) - foot baths; wrist joints (wrist, elbow) - hand baths; leg joints (ankle, knee, hip) - sitz baths. Depending on the type of bath and the amount of water, different quantities of bischofite are used
• Foot bath: 10-15 liters of warm water: at least 2-3 tablespoons (15-30 g) of dry water or at least 150 ml of Bischofite solution
• Hand bath for hands: 1-2 liters of warm water: at least 1 teaspoon (5 g) of dry water or at least 15 ml of the solution. Hand bath for hands and elbow joints (simultaneously): to 4-5 liters of warm water at least 1-2 tablespoons (10-20 g) of dry Mischofit or at least 50 ml of Mischofit solution
• Sitting bath: Fill the bath tub with 30-40 liters of warm water, depending on the purpose (for legs and knees the water should cover the legs, for the hips the thighs up to the lumbar region). Dissolve at least 100 g of dry bischofite or 0.25 liters of solution in this amount of water

Note: To increase the effect, the specified quantities can be increased 2-3 times.

Rules for carrying out local baths:

1. Wash the treated body area with soap and water before use
2. Duration of the procedure 15-20 minutes
3. After the procedure, do not wash off the remaining moisture, dry the skin with a towel, it is desirable to provide rest and warmth for 0.5-1 hour

General warm bath:

1. Before bathing with bischofite, it is necessary to take a hygienic shower using detergents (soap, shower gel).
2. Prepare a bath: 100-150 liters of warm water (36-39 ° C) dissolve at least 200 g of dry bischofite (or add 0.5 liters of solution). To enhance the effect, you can increase the mass of bischofite up to 500 g (or up to 1 liter of solution).
3. The duration of the procedure is 10-20 minutes.
4. Do not shower or use cleansers after bathing. Dab the skin with a towel using gentle movements.
5. After a bath with Bischofite, it is recommended to rest for 15-20 minutes.

Total number of procedures for 1 course: 12-14 every other day.

Bischofite is a natural mineral. Its composition is bromochloride-magnesium brine with a mineralization of 400-450 g/l, with acidic reaction of the medium containing various microelements (iodine, copper, iron, silicon, titanium, lithium, etc.).
