• Cast ironcasan without coating is intended for the preparation of the fried and stewed dishes.
• Before use, the dishes should be cleaned with hot water without detergent. Heat the crockery to 100 °С and cover the inner surface with a thin layer of vegetable oil
• The cookware without forward processing (burning off with the vegetable oil) is suitable for the preparation of the food without citric, acetic or lactic acid
• Cast iron cook ware is not suitable for food storage.
• After cooking, the dishes should be cleaned with salt and steel sponge without detergent, dried and covered with a thin layer of vegetable oil.
• Cast iron dishes should not be washed in a dishwasher.

If used incorrectly, the dishes can rust without coating. The corrosion is easily cleaned with the steel sponge. After repeating the procedure in point 2, the dishes will regain their original shape.
