Biotin (vitamin B7, H or coenzyme R) is a water-soluble B vitamin that provides our body with energy. It contributes to protein and fat metabolism and is involved in the synthesis of numerous enzymes. Biotin is involved in the activation and transport of CO2.
Vitamin B7 is one of the "beauty vitamins" and is responsible for the transport of sulphur atoms into the structure of hair, skin and nails, thus ensuring a healthy appearance.

Storage: Out of the reach of children, at room temperature 15℃-25℃, at a relative humidity of not more than 85%, in tightly closed factory packaging. Protect from light and moisture.
