Rust stains can form on the surface if not cared for properly, but this is not a problem. These can be removed as follows: remove the rust with a metal brush, rinse the dishes with warm water, dry them and apply a thin layer of vegetable oil

Important: Even after use, never clean with washing-up liquid, only with hot water!
