Directions for use:
Uncoated cast iron cookware is suitable for cooking roasts and stews on all types of stoves and cooktops, including open flames.
Before first use, cast iron cookware should be thoroughly washed, heated to above 100°C on a stovetop, and the inner surface thinly coated with vegetable oil.
Cookware that has not undergone the treatment specified in the previous point is suitable for contact with foods that do not contain citric, acetic or lactic acid.
Cooked food should not be stored in cast iron cookware.
When cooking is finished, the cookware should be washed, dried on the stove and coated with a thin layer of vegetable oil.
Do not wash the cookware in the dishwasher.
Improper use can cause corrosion on the surface of uncoated, heat-treated cookware. Rust stains can be easily removed with a metal brush (bristle brush), and repeating the procedure in step 2 will restore the surface to its original appearance.
