Frankincense trees grow in various dry regions of Africa, Arabia and India. Frankincense production begins between March and April. To extract the resin, the bark of the tree is scratched. It takes several months to extract the resin. Between 3 kg and 10 kg of resin can be extracted from each tree, depending on its age, condition and size. After several harvests, the tree is allowed to rest for several years. The frankincense resin is dry and grainy.

Composition/capsule: frankincense extract (62 %), microcrystalline cellulose (18.6 %), capsule (HPMC, colorant: chlorophyll), ascorbic acid (C) (3.88 %), anti-caking agent: Magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide, thiamine mononitrate (B1) (0.11 %), pyridoxine (B6) (0.10 %), riboflavin (B2) (0.08 %), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), cyanocobalamin (B12)
