Anise essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of crushed fruits or whole green plants harvested during the period of mass fruiting and milk ripeness of the fruits. It has a pleasant characteristic flavor. Of the macronutrients, anise essential oil contains significant amounts of potassium, calcium and magnesium, as well as trace elements - copper, zinc and manganese.Aniseed is one of the oldest spices extracted from the herbaceous plant of the same name and was used not only to improve the taste of food, but also for healing. Healers recommended aniseed fruits to those suffering from insomnia, and the shoots of this wonderful plant were tied to the headboards of beds.
The effect of aniseed essential oil when applied externally:
- has an anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and antipyretic effect;
- eliminates headaches, helps with dizziness;
- has an expectorant and soothing effect on coughs, helps with asthma and breathing difficulties;

Application:
- Aromatization of the air: 4-5 drops of anise oil for 15 m².
- Massage: 5-6 drops of aniseed oil per 10 g of vegetable oil.
- Enrichment of cosmetics: 5 drops of anise oil per 15 g of base.
- Bath: 4-7 drops of aniseed oil.
