The set consists of three mixtures for the production of kvass, each pack is intended for 3 liters of finished drink.

Mix for the production of malt beverage "Kvass Kupecheskij" dark, 110g: The kvass mix is made from a specially selected malt mixture with the addition of fermented rye malt, which provides a dark color and a pronounced rye aroma. A special yeast is added to the batch, which also gives the drink a subtle honey aroma. Perfectly quenches thirst and has an invigorating effect.
Ingredients: Dry kvass, pale barley malt, fermented rye malt, peppermint leaf, yeast
Batch mixture for the production of malt beverage "Kwas Kupecheskij" light, 110g: The kvass batch mixture consists of a series of specially selected malts that produce a classic sweet and sour taste. A special yeast is added to the batch, which also gives the drink a subtle honey aroma. Perfectly quenches thirst and has an invigorating effect

Mixture for malt drink "Kwas okroschechnyj" with horseradish, light, 110g: The kvass mixture is made from specially selected types of malt to which dried horseradish is added, which gives the drink and the okroshka prepared on its basis a special taste.
Ingredients: dry kvass, pale barley malt, horseradish root, yeast

Simple method and a good result in just 2 days!

Preparation:

Pour the contents of the main pack into a 3-liter jar
Add filtered or boiled water at a temperature of no more than 30 ºC
Add five tablespoons of sugar. Stir in the yeast from the packet provided
Place in a warm place for a day to ferment
Filter, add 5-10 raisins (or 1 teaspoon of sugar). Pour into bottles with tight-fitting lids (e.g. PET)
Place in a warm place. Wait 24 hours for the bottle to inflate
Leave to cool, store in the fridge

Tip: Sultanas instead of sugar make the drink tastier and more refreshing and give the kvass a certain spiciness.
If you like a sweet version of kvass, add sugar to your taste.
