Properties:

The rose hip is a symbol of health and is often used in folk medicine.
It contains 50-100 times more vitamin C than lemons, oranges, apples and 10 times more than strawberries.
The vitamin C is stable in the rose hip as there are no oxidative enzymes.
When the fruit is processed, the positive properties are retained.
