Dandar millet, 800g
- Low fat content and high carbohydrate content (mainly starch).
- Millet is gluten-free and a rich source of fiber and protein.

- Contains B-group vitamins such as thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), folate and pantothenic acid

- Fluffy millet: Toast 1 cup of millet for 4 - 6 minutes in a dry pan, then add 2¼ cups of boiling water, simmer for 15 minutes and then leave to stand for 10 minutes. Makes an excellent side dish.
- Sticky millet: Bring 1 cup of millet to the boil in 2¾ cups of water, simmer for 15 minutes and then leave to stand for 10 minutes. Can be formed into croquettes or dumplings.
