• 1 x ASIA cast iron wok, 12 liters
• 1 x cast iron grill pan lid Ø 40 cm

Instructions for first use.

• Rinse the dishes under running water and then wipe off the moisture with a cloth / sponge
• Place the dishes on a heating stove to completely remove the moisture
• Put a few drops of oil on the surface of the dishes and cover the entire surface with it
• Once completely cooled , the dishes can be used
• When cooking for the first time, we recommend heating the dishes over a medium heat for approx. 4-5 minutes

Advantages of cast iron:

• due to the high heat retention of cast iron, the kazan stays hot for a long time and keeps the food warm even when serving
• the heat conductivity and even heat distribution (base/walls) ensure gentle frying and an all-round even frying result. You can taste it!
