The thick base and walls of the pan ensure excellent heat conductivity and the food cooked in it not only acquires an unmistakable taste and aroma, but also a delicious golden crust. Suitable for cooking on an induction hob.

Scope of delivery:

1 x cast iron grill pan - 28 x 28 cm, H-6 cm, without lid

Instructions for first use:

Rinse the dishes under running water and then wipe off the moisture with a cloth / sponge
Place the dishes on a heating stove to completely remove the moisture
Put a few drops of oil on the surface of the dishes and cover the entire surface with it
Once completely cooled , the dishes can be used
When cooking for the first time, we recommend heating the dishes over a medium heat for approx. 4-5 minutes

Advantages of cast iron:

due to the high heat retention of cast iron, the grill pan stays hot for a long time and keeps the food warm when serving
the heat conductivity and even heat distribution (base/walls) ensure gentle frying and an all-round even frying result. You can taste it!
Cast iron is extremely energy-saving: food can be cooked at low heat with low energy consumption
Despite other opinions, cast iron is easy to clean and maintain. The more you use it, the better the frying results!
Durable - frying pan can soak up fats and develop a quality non-stick coating when exposed to high temperatures.

If used incorrectly, dishes without a coating can rust. Corrosion is easily cleaned with a steel sponge. After repeating the procedure in point 2, the dishes will regain their original shape.

Do not store food in cast iron cookware
Cast iron cookware is NOT suitable for the dishwasher
Dry the dishes after washing and cover them with a thin layer of vegetable oil
It is recommended to store the dishes in a dry, ventilated place
the shelf life is unlimited
