Instructions for first use:- Cast iron dishes without coatingare intended for the preparation of roasted and braised dishes
- Before use, the dishes should be cleaned with hot water without detergent. Heat the cookware to 100 °С and cover the inner surface with a thin layer of vegetable oil
- Cookware without forward processing (burning with vegetable oil) is suitable for preparing food without citric, acetic or lactic acid
- Cast iron cookware is not suitable for storing food
- After cooking, the dishes should be cleaned with salt and a steel sponge but without detergent, dried and covered with a thin layer of vegetable oil
- Cast iron dishes must not be cleaned in the dishwasher
If used incorrectly, dishes without a coating may rust. Corrosion is easily cleaned with a steel sponge. After repeating the procedure in point 2, the dishes will regain their original shape.

- due to the high heat retention of cast iron, the kazan stays hot for a long time and keeps the food warm when serving
- the heat conductivity and even heat distribution (base/walls) ensure gentle frying and an all-round even frying result. You can taste it!
