Discover the Brizoll cast iron serving wok - a first-class addition to any ambitious kitchen. Its optimal size of 18 cm in diameter and a height of 6 cm make it the ideal tool for preparing and serving a variety of dishes, from Asian stir-fry to hearty stir-fries.

Instructions for first use:

Rinse the dishes under running water and then wipe off the moisture with a cloth / sponge
Place the dishes on a heating stove to completely remove the moisture
Put a few drops of oil on the surface of the dishes and cover the entire surface with it
Once completely cooled, the dishes can be used
When cooking for the first time, we recommend heating the dishes over a medium heat for approx. 4-5 minutes

due to the high heat retention of cast iron, the kazan stays hot for a long time and keeps the food warm when serving
the heat conductivity and even heat distribution (base/walls) ensure gentle frying and an all-round even frying result. You can taste it!
